Responsible for the development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Maintenance Requirement Index's (MRI'S), Maintenance Requirement Lists (MRL's) of Coast Guard electronic and mechanical systems, with a focus on developing maintenance procedures and tests to ensure equipment functions, improve system performance, and reliability. Develop structured scheduled maintenance plans that provide an acceptable level of operability, with an acceptable level of risk; in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Provided and analyzed data for Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) as well as Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).

• Provide Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPC) quality control utilizing the approved process to assure the accuracy, currency and compliance with referenced procedures

• Designed remote sites for the port and coastal surveillance systems
• Installed Point to point Microwave bridges, cameras and networking infrastructure
• Troubleshot system failures including microwave, camera and networking problems
