During my internship with Landmark Construction, I served as a Grading Intern on a large-scale sitework project for a Google Data Center. I worked closely with the field engineer to gain hands-on experience in grading operations, utility installation, and the overall construction process. My responsibilities included assisting with daily site coordination, managing time cards for crew members, and learning how to operate grading equipment to support field activities. I was trained to recognize construction concerns in real-time and understand how they affect schedule, safety, and quality. This role gave me a strong foundation in sitework and grading, while also teaching me the importance of efficiency, accuracy, and communication on major infrastructure projects.

• Supported customer service operations by providing information about marina services.
• Trained new dock hands on safety protocols and operational tasks effectively.
• Provided excellent customer service to boat owners, addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
