• Manages and leads the maintenance production efforts of 155 personnel across 36 work centers in the completion of Aviation Life Support Systems and support equipment maintenance.

• Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative inspector responsible for supervising, inspecting and performing maintenance tasks to ensure that all maintenance is performed in accordance with Maintenance Instruction Manuals ensuring the safety of life support equipment for flight operations.

PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER 01/2018 to 05/2022
• Managed and led the maintenance production efforts of 155 personnel across 36 work centers in the completion of more than 13,300 maintenance actions directly supporting all forward deployed Aviation squadrons.

AVIATION LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS LEAD SUPERVISOR 03/2008 to 01/2017
• Directly supervised and led personnel in the maintenance, inspection, repair and packing of 32 different Aviation Life Support Systems equipment.

• Program manager of Aviators Breathing Oxygen, Aviation Life Support Systems and Explosive Ordnance Qualification/Certification programs ensuring the direct enforcement of Naval Aviation Maintenance program compliance resulting in passing grades during the organizations Aviation Maintenance Inspection and Explosives Safety Inspection.

• Organizational Safety technician, performed administrative and record keeping functions in support of the command safety organization. Identified and assisted in the evaluation of hazards, unsafe work practices, and health hazardous conditions including periodic workplace monitoring. Prepared various safety and mishap reports, and aided in mishap investigations.
