Improved student writing abilities by providing detailed feedback on essays and assignments, as well as conducting additional instruction as needed at a one-to-one or small group level.
Groundfloor leader of New Rockford-Sheyenne's Personalized Learning Academy, an online education platform that offered online education via the Edgenunity Program to students on site.
Chaired the Student Support Teams Committee, which included a small group of core course educators meeting weekly to discuss students and peer needs and accomodations.
Served on several committees, the most notable being preparing for and using AI in education, grant writing, and student support teams. I was also on the team that ultimately implemented the Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), a reading intervention program that assists struggling readers to achieve reading at their grade level.
Enhanced student comprehension by developing and implementing diverse teaching strategies tailored to individual learning needs.
Managed extracurricular activities such as coaching after-school programs, promoting personal skill development while strengthening the school community. Extracurriculars I have led include Esports, Junior High Volleyball, Student Council, and charity events.
