With over six years of experience in the service industry, I hold my self to a high standard in regards to my performance. Communication, Focus, Urgency, Friendly and Engaging service being my main standards.
At Fresh Kitchen my responsibilities include all front of house positions, including Cashier, Line Server, Online Order Assembly and Dining Room Assistant. With the majority of these responsibilities requiring clear communication, I've gained a lot of experience and confidence in my customer service. Multitasking has also been an essential part of my job in which I've been able to grow my focus and sense of urgency.
At Casey's my job was to perform inspections on Backflow Prevention Devices. This position required observation and problem solving skills. A big part of the job was communication to both our clients and my coworkers, in which I would report the results from the inspections.
This being my first job, my responsibilities were very simple. I mainly just took care of ringing up orders and handling transactions, and occasionally preparing different food and drink items.
