My goal is to contribute to a company that will allow me to further my growth in learning new skills in machinery while developing stronger managerial skills.
I attended Lincoln County School of Technology in my last two years of high school where I was accepted into the Apprenticeship Program partnered with Gaston College. I was awarded an apprenticeship with Bosch in July of 2020. The apprenticeship included a paid full-time job combined with a full college scholarship. I received my Associates of Applied Science – Mechatronics Technology in August of 2023. At that time, I was offered a full-time position at Bosch where I have been since.
I have been fortunate to obtain a vast amount of experience in many skills and develop a strong sense of effective problem-solving. While I work with a strong team, I am also a self-starter who is often trusted to be giving tasks without supervision. I am known for working fast, efficiently, and at the same time for maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. At times based on staffing, I have been given a supervisory role and have been able to effectively teach my co-workers. I have made detailed work instructions for training. I can work within a budget, working with PMS, and filling out work orders and documenting the maintenance I have completed on machines.
I am loyal and dedicated, always willing to work overtime or being on-call. I know I can become an asset for your company and look forward to meeting you soon.
