• Ensured the acquisition of tools, materials, and equipment essential for project fulfillment
• Effectively directed a crew of several members, delegating responsibilities to achieve project deadlines.
• Proactively interacted with city inspectors to effectively address questions and alleviate any concerns throughout the inspection process.
• Collaborated with delivery drivers, concrete pump trucks, and concrete trucks to determine optimal location and method for efficient deliveries.
• Operated skid loader for material deliveries and backfilling, as well as performing rough dirt work around the pool.
• Returned to the project for water filling, finish work, and pool equipment start-up.
