  • During my high school years, we would take one day in the fall and spring to help out the community. This could be hand delivering quilts or cookies to the elderly, raking leaves and cleaning the side of the highway. This was a day people could skip but I chose to appear at all eight.
  • My aunt and uncle clean a local church every saturday night and I have been able to help a dozen times.
  • When I was twelve til fourteen years old, I went with my grandma to scoop food for the homeless during thanksgiving week.
