Braeden Williams

This was a seasonal job as I worked the summer of 2023 and the summer of 2024. I worked 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime, as there were some events on the weekends. I kept the City of East Grand Rapids clean and safe. I worked with two other groundskeepers as we drove Trucks, 2 Tons, Gators, Toolcats, around the city doing our job. We'd set up rooms in the Rec. Center, pick up trash, blow off the streets, water the flower baskets, line the baseball fields, weed plant beds, mulch, and help set up for events.

I worked athletic events for East Grand Rapids Middle School. I also worked soccer games over the summer that were held at East Grand Rapids facilities. I worked volleyball, basketball, and football. I would either scorekeeper, keep track of stats, or sell tickets at the front gate. I would also help set up and clean up for the games.

I was a Busboy/Server Assistant for the restaurant Reds at Thousand Oaks. I helped prep the food for the servers in the kitchen and then I'd bring out the food. I would also help clean tables and bring the dirty dishes to the dishwashers. I would also work special events or holidays.
