Summary of Duties:

• Project Oversight and Quality Assurance:
  Monitor and inspect daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee roadway, bridge, utility, and civil infrastructure projects to verify adherence to FDOT, AASHTO, or other applicable codes and standards.
• Field Inspections and Documentation:
  Conduct field inspections of construction materials, methods, and workmanship. Document progress through detailed daily reports, photographic evidence, and measurement records. Maintain accurate project records, including test results, work diaries, and contractor correspondence.
• Materials Testing and Verification:
  Observe and verify on-site material testing procedures (e.g., concrete slump tests, asphalt compaction, soil density). Coordinate with certified testing labs to validate material conformance. Ensure that only approved materials are incorporated into the work.
• Contract Compliance Monitoring:
  Interpret construction plans, contracts, and specifications. Identify non-conforming work and notify contractors and project engineers promptly. Assist in the resolution of construction discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce site safety practices in accordance with OSHA and project-specific safety guidelines. Identify potential hazards and participate in safety audits and meetings to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Serve as a liaison between contractors, project managers, engineers, and government agencies. Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and issue resolution discussions. Provide timely updates to project stakeholders on schedule, quality, and safety issues.
• Measurement and Pay Quantities:
  Measure and verify quantities for contractor payments. Maintain accurate and auditable records of work completed, changes in scope, and materials used. Assist in preparing and reviewing pay estimates and change orders.
• Technical Reporting:
  Prepare technical reports, punch lists, and final inspection summaries. Contribute to project closeout documentation including as-built plans and compliance certifications.

• What we do, is Create and test asphalt mix designs to determine the strength and longevity on roadways.
• Provide a quality control by running these tests to discover deficiencies and make adjustments to them for us to Test for specific gravity's, and volumetric's of each design.
• Combine multiple aggregates together with liquid asphalt, then compact them to simulate paving on the roadway.
• With this position, we break down each material into individual sizes to ensure we are as accurate an precise as possible. Then, the job mix formula is created to give percentages of each material. The tests are then ran to get sed volumetrics, and we shall make adjustments to it, to get our design to match up with the specifications of the design that was requested.

• Created blends for different types of grain feed.
• Used various types of grain mixtures as well as molasses to create quality feed products.
• Hand stacked and loaded grain into customers trucks.
• Maintained warehouse to provide a clean and safe work environment for all workers.

• I was in the manual sector. where we used pallet jacks to load product manually onto pallets while maintaining a specific production number, and stage them for the loading crew.
