Perform all preventive/predictive maintenance as needed.

Create and complete all critical work orders to maintain line reliability. Maintain hydraulic systems,pumps, burners, gearboxes, bearings, belts, drivelines, and electric motors.

• Inspect, PM, and repair Taylor log stackers. Maintain replacement part inventory, and order replacements as needed. Coordinate major repairs with contractors performing work. Repair and replace bearings, drive systems, gear box, electric motors, etc.

• Maintain/Oversee all tooling equipment in the piercing mill, FQM, and stretch mill. Diagnosing/repairing bushings, bearings, and surface finishes on rolls used in seamless pipe mills.

• Perform maintenance and all repairs on heavy equipment.

• Manual machining, fabrication, and repair on off-road trucks and UTV's.

• Maintain all scheduling, planning, and prioritizing for the night shift. Train all new employees how to set-up and run CNC lathes using Fanuc and Haas controlled G-code machines. Improve tooling and programs to make more efficient cycle times.

• Perform routine maintenance and all repairs on company equipment such as trucks, skid steers, generators, and power washers.

• Set-up, operate, and program CNC lathes producing a wide variety of well head, wireline, and pressure control parts made according to print specified tolerances.
