Hello there, my name is Brandan Maykopet. I was born and raised in Illinois and have lived in North Carolina since I was stationed here with the United States Marine Corps. i served 4 years as a resourceful Motor Transport Operator. In 2016 was meritoriously promoted to E-2 out of boot camp and shortly gained the rank of E-3 in the fleet. I finished my marine corps enlistment as a E-4 Corporal with excellent planning, problem-solving and organizational skills. I developed a strong history of overseeing convoy transportation of equipment, supplies and personnel. I excelled in keeping units ready through hands-on training, maintained equipment in good working order, as well as manage safety and develop tactical plans for transportation operations. Among other common duties I obtained several billets such as HAZMAT safety rep, building manager, safety manager and building fire prevention planner. The United States Marine Corps instills many soft and hard skills to ensure that Marines cooperate and work efficiently such as decision making, critical thinking, stress management, loyalty and much. Utilizing the leadership traits and leadership principles from the Marine Corps, I can quickly and effectively find answers to problems, resolve conflicts, boost team moral, and give clear and concise orders.
Once discharged from the marine corps i worked various jobs while i attended schooling. I worked a a carpenter, steel worker, stocker, swimming pool builder as well as side projects. tulsa welding school did a fantastic job at teaching students all they needed to know about welding. I'm a Hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure entry-level welding position. I would like to maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
