• As a Community Psychiatric Nurse in the PACT 3 Program at Community Health Link, I provided comprehensive, community-based care to individuals with severe mental illness, integrating nursing expertise with case management responsibilities. I conducted thorough assessments and developed individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clients received holistic care. My role included managing medication, administering Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) injections, providing health education, and monitoring chronic diseases. I also coordinated access to community resources and external providers to meet clients' needs. I facilitated crisis intervention and stabilization, advocating for clients to support their recovery. Additionally, I educated clients and families on self-care, wellness planning, and medication adherence, promoting long-term recovery and community integration. Throughout, I maintained detailed, compliant documentation to ensure effective case management and ongoing care coordination.

• Contracted through the State of Florida, performed triage, and provided direct care to the residents of Fort Meyers during and after Hurricane Ian in multiple hurricane shelters.

• Providing critical nursing care to patients in the intensive care setting, utilizing knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process and functioning in accordance with the nursing philosophy, and objectives, the standards of care, and the standards of practice.

• Responsible for the 24/7 coordination and management of 250 healthcare professionals located at the Lowell Recreation Center Field Hospital and DCU Field Hospital in Worcester MA.

• Deployed by Krucial Staffing to Edinburg, TX in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to provide aid in a Serious Infectious Disease Unit/Intensive Care Unit. Responsible for providing care to patients in critical condition who’ve contracted Coronavirus under the direction of RN’s including, but not limited to EKG’s, patient hygiene care, stocking, blood glucose monitoring, BLS/CPR, postmortem care.

• Responsible for providing basic life support care in a private based ambulance service for the City of Worcester backup 911 system and interfacility transfers. As well as serving patients in medical distress, communicating with the patients, medical/trauma assessment and coordinating as a team to transport the patient to the hospital-based setting proficiently.
