I have over 14 years experience running machinery in a warehouse. 11 of these years i have been in the supervisor role. My passion is to continue my growth and be able to share my knowledge with others.
I oversee the Fosber.
My job includes daily paperwork, scheduling, ensuring safety, handling customer issues, coordinating schedules, managing supplies, machine training, and a lot more.
I was responsible for the following machines:
Flat die cutter, a Highcon laser cutter, digital printer, and a folder gluer.
I did schedules, training and oversaw the floor.
I made sure we were meeting customers' expectations and quotas.
I was responsible for the following machines:
4, 338-inch FFGS. Two had three colors, and one had four colors.
360-inch RDRS. Two had three colors, and one had four colors.
Four of the machines had bundle breakers.
I managed the floor, helped train, and watched production.
All of the machine at this location were made by Ward.
I was responsible for the following machines:
3-color, 38-inch FFG, 23-color, 60-inch RDC, jumbo, and folder gluers.
I maintained the floor, oversaw production, and helped with training on all machines.
I got transferred here from Tucson Container and accepted a supervisor position.
I was responsible for training, and meeting production expectations.
I oversaw a 50-inch FFG and a rotary die cutter.
I was also in charge of scheduling converting machines.
I operated a 50-inch FFG.
I met customers' expectations on quality and made sure the machine was set up in a timely manner.
I became very efficient at my job that I began training new hires.
