Assist the store leader in all aspects of running the store:

• Personnel- Responsible for scheduling, training coaching and developing coworkers, performance appraisals, recruiting and hiring, and keeping labor within 1% of of budget.
• Store Operations- Responsible for promoting a zero injury culture, maintaining 100% task and temperature completion, inventory control, preparing and presenting store meetings, and completing security work/camera review each week.
• Food Service- Responsible for holding period food meetings with the kitchen leaders, holding weekly one-on-one progression meeetings with each food leader to assess progress and provide necessary training, reviewing merchandising reports, flash reports and period reports to identify and evaluate any opportunities to reduce shrink and grow gross profit within the food program.
• Business Administration- Responsible for reviewing results, analyzing profit and loss statements, monitoring and improving guest loyalty, addressing bookeeping concerns, and proving communication to the leaders to share with the team through the menorship program.
