  • Responsible for organizing and evaluating the work of the Planning, Economic Development and Code Enforcement Divisions for one of the fastest growing Towns in the nation
  • Responsible for establishing and adhering to the department’s annual operating budget
  • Ensures implementation of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and oversaw the recent rewrite of the UDO
  • Direct and evaluate the performance of each of the members of the Planning and Code Enforcement Divisions
  • Advise and represent the Town and Department at Town Council Meetings, Planning Board, Tree Advisory Board, Board of Adjustment and the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee
  • Served a primary staff on the Lynx Silverline Project Management Team for the Light Rail project
  • Established and maintain a great working relationship with developers as well as members of the community that are anti-growth as a means of providing outstanding customer service while ensuring the best for the Town
  • Inform and advise the Town Manager as well as members of Town Council
