BRANDI NORTON

• Works with Director to develop a network of programming that expands offerings of Native and Indigenous public programming that centers Indigenous artists, educators, activists and knowledge bearers
• Collaborates with departments across Bard College network, and Hudson Valley Institutions to deepen offerings of Indigenous experts
• Forecasts budgets and schedules for the Center for Indigenous Studies
• Develops educational programs for various age groups, promoting Indigenous art appreciation within the community

• Developed, implemented and oversaw all aspects of Kaatsbaan Ballet Intensive summer program, and community education programming with Kaatsbaan Artistic Director and Chief Executive and Artistic Officer (CEAO)
• Managed Education manager, Kaatsbaan Resident Assistants and Head RA's
• Developed safety plan and worked with New York State Department of Health to be in compliance with all health and safety mandates
• Communicated with health departments, caterers, faculty, students and parents
• Organized organizational giving plans and strategies with CEAO, and oversaw memberships, individual donors, state, federal and foundational giving.

• Traveled internationally teaching the repertory and technique of Trisha Brown.
• Teaches Trisha Brown repertory nationally and internationally on behalf of the Trisha Brown Dance Company

• Racial Equity And Anti-Racism Cohort

Participated in nine sessions guided by Arts Mid-Hudson, in an invitation-only cohort that explored and developed action plans to implement positive change in arts organizations. November 2021-May 2022

Worked to implement a school-wide AIM survey, to help my workplace understand its strengths and challenges with regards to inclusivity and an environment that is diverse and living its mission to reflect multiple perspectives
