- As a Family Support Coach for Housing Hope my focus was supporting families in ways that built their confidence and resourcefulness to fulfill Housing Hope's mission of supporting families as they pull themselves out of poverty. Examples of responsibilities and activities include:
- Develop individualized family service plans including identification of existing barriers to self-sufficiency, setting housing and income goals, and developing a action plan
- Make referrals to appropriate providers and resources within the community.
