In January 2020 the company began restructuring
I was offered the opportunity to help define a new department called client relations
Our objective was to onboard new accounts
We then managed the entire revenue cycle for them until they were ready to be passed on to our specialists in each department (billing, denials, and AR management), as well as handling any special projects that were defined in their contract
Another element of our department was consultation and in person training (travel) and compiling training materials for the company to provide to organizations for purchase

I have had so many amazing opportunities to learn and grow while learning how to bill for ABA and have been given many opportunities on the side to learn about business and ABA in general, all to my enormous benefit
