

I Usually take on this position with this company when the season comes around and for extra money that doesn't interfer with any priority full time job. I take it if I can if not ill skip till next season. I'm main driver for this company and oversea any crew member employed with this company.
I o every equipment included stand on mower,trimmers, blowers, all mowers including aerator, etc.
With this company working in the dispensary field was my first time in this type of industry. I feel it would have left a better mark with me if I started with a different company.
With this company I got hired on straight as a general manager with 2 months of training. Running 2 locations through the whole time employed. My store locations were ranked #2 in the corporate office hitting all numbers and speed goals. I walked into both stores with horrible labor numbers and food cost numbers. Within 4 months turned around tremendously with positive numbers and a stable crew starting with only 3 employees in each location. I attended all corporate meetings/ in behalf of my stores. Passed all food inspections. Maintained all set schedules, payroll, operations, and preparations

With this company I got hired on straight as a general manager with 2 weeks of training on there product and systems. I ran 1 location with this company on salary maintaining all operations,employees,schedules,payroll, and etc. During the morning. As well as had separate pay hourly to deliver the donuts to all the franchise locations in a double sized boxed truck as the driver and loader/unloader at night. I had two sources of income with this company at the time still maintaining all numbers expected, goals expected, labor hitting right on numbers as well as inventory numbers.
With this location I got hired straight on as a general manager with one month of training. I was known in this company as the presidents and district managers secret weapon. I ran 6 locations in the amount of time employed with this company. 1 of those location I was side by side with the president and district manager opening up a bran new location from scratch off glencoe and colfax. Literally from no building to constructing the building, modeling the inside, looking, buying, and setting up equipment all along with starting with 0 employees to hand picking 16 new employees to open up the location and training that staff in another location in the mean time. I was there through the business licences, alcohol licence, and passing all inspections to get built up. I have my signature on the first dollar excepted at this location.
With this company I would drive the trplie long box trucks and small trucks too all job sites and customers properties. Moving all furniturer and appliances, assembling reassembling things, wrapping accesories, boxing items, and managing tetris through it all (: !
With this job I maintain million dollar condos downtown overnight. I would arrive at 10pm and be off at 6:00am. I was patrol all areas required and scan all pr codes necessary throughout the night to prove my monitoring. I was watch all cameras and have access to all areas to patrol.
With this company I started off as a regular employee when I was 15.(My first real job). Making $6.25 a hour as a employeee. I became a shift lead at 16 I then became a assistant manager with this company at 17. After that led to General manager running my first location and store at 18 :) !!!!!. My biggest accomplishment knowing the age I was and knowing the company offered me so many opportunities to grow and take on that position and experience. To know they believed in me and trusted me was everything to me. I dedicated 9 years of my loyalty to this company until I needed more income. Within all my years with this company I ran 4 locations at all volumes. This company introduced me to all the ins and outs with the general manager world and how to take on this responsibility. I feel I hold a lot of skills If I had to say though my main skill would be communication I feel like communication is key to everything My next best would be my leadership skills along with my problem solving skills I'm very knowledgeable and hold a lot of empathy I see all sides of stories My positivity definitely is a plus I'm high on "Think positive Attract positive" Keeping my positive attitude to maintain a welcoming culture in my environment im placed in I stay very calm and high energetic and efficient through whatever is thrown at me and ready at all times to take on challenges my way and calm under pressure I believe Team work makes the Dream work High on my customer service skills and do very well with multitasking I keep organized and hit all numbers expected of me High on my work ethic I catch on fast and adapt very well
