Brandi is absolutely amazing at what she does! She brings an immense amount of enthusiasm and energy to her work and genuinely looks to build relationships with people. During my performance review, Brandi helped organize an informational pdf including performance review best practices and how to have effective 1:1s with my manager. In addition to this, she took time out of her day for a "mock trial" review to help me feel more comfortable with my asks and sharing my value towards the company. Needless to say, Brandi helped me have an effective conversation and my hard work was recognized by my managers and stakeholders in my career growth within the org.
