I operate all necessary heavy equipment , including excavators, loaders, back-hoes, dozer, rollers etc. for whatever job I'm working on, from grading for asphalt, concrete, to underground work.

• As the maintenance scheduler, I helped set-up the cmms . We used fluke E-maintenance version X5.
• From the cmms, I created work-orders for maintenance to complete daily, and per crew, also for weekend shifts.
• I set up a scheduled preventive maintenance program for all major continuous operations, such as hydraulic pumps, motors, roll formers, pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic shears, hydraulic crimpers, power rollers, idle rollers, chains, sprockets , etc.
• I input parts inventory with each individual operating system. Added photos of individual parts for each asset, to make completion rate faster and more reliable for work-orders.
• Managed major special projects. Which included scheduling work for each shift, communicating downtime with supervisors. Scheduling outside contractors etc.
• Prior to becoming scheduler, I was a maintenance lead.
• I was also a first responder, and part of the emergency extraction team.
• Supervised the training of personnel in emergency response procedures.
• Collaborated with other responders to develop strategies for responding to emergencies quickly and effectively.
• Conducted regular drills to evaluate effectiveness of emergency response plans and procedures.
• Organized weekly meetings with team members to discuss upcoming events, review protocols, and address any issues that may arise.

• I was a grade foreman, leading multiple laborers and operators, in the grading process for building house pads, streets, sidewalk, grading for paving and concrete, also commercial parking lots etc. Worked on large scale, long term projects guiding multiple teams to complete projects on schedule while maintaining osha standards of safety.
• I had to read and follow building plans, plan with sub contractors, and have daily communications with super intendant on daily work that was to be completed.

• I lead leach pad operations. Checking and maintaining belt line, overland line, grading of the pad, maintaining EPA, and MSHA standards of safety and air quality
• Also ran primary and secondary crushers. strictly adhering to EPA standards of air quality, and MSHA safety standards
• Signed off on all mining equipment as a competent person and operator of all equipment. Loaders, dozers, water wagons, excavators, skid steer.
• I was also a member of the emergency response team. We had weekly meetings and book training as well as physical training.
