Brandon Bedient

I am a team focused leader with a passion for helping people grow and having successes. I put others before myself and find a way to get things done. I have pursued leadership opportunities inside of Cargill, on my own, including Young Cargill Group leading, setting up meetings with Mill and Delivery teams, as well as CAC opportunities to improve efficiency around busier times of year. I also focus on team building to more involve others with our team successes and create "wins" for them as well.

My history of building relationships, problem solving, and management helped me transition into this career and my current knowledge of team and customer needs and daily lives give me a strong understanding for customer and team needs.
