  • TopConnect GALA, 07/21, 03/22, Graduate Assistant Leadership Academy Participant. Selected as one of 22 College Basketball Graduate Assistants throughout the NCAA (both men's and women's) to participate in a professional development program presented by TopConnect, ETSU Athletic Director Doc Sander, and University of Illinois-Chicago Head Coach Rob Ehsan. Participated in bi-weekly Zoom conference calls with coaches focusing on personal and professional development, leadership skills, and networking skills to climb the ladder in the coaching industry.
  • THE HOOP CONSULTANTS Young Coaches Mentoring Program, 05/19, 05/19, Coaching Intern College Basketball Academy. Chosen from select group of Graduate Assistants, Managers, and Directors of Basketball Operations to partake in a three-week mentorship program with Mike Procopio, former Player Development Coach for the NBA's Dallas Mavericks and personal skills trainer to NBA legend Kobe Bryant, centered on improving my ability to get on the court and work with players. Participated in multiple Webinar sessions with Coach Procopio each week, discussing player development philosophies, studying film and asking questions pertaining to his 25+ years in player development.
