My 23 years of experience have been with Highway Heavy earthwork. From managing small grading parking lots or street projects, to large road reconstructs, mill overlays, or reclaim to utilize the existing asphalt for a base. Communicating with the project managers to ensure we are staying within our scope, and discussing what may be incidental to some line items for billing or tracking. Scheduling subs, traffic control, crew, equipment, and trucks. For tracking or keeping track of crew time, forecasting trucks, looking up work orders and specs. I've used B2W ( Build2Win), HCSS Heavy Job, Autodesk which used to be plan grid. I would use Excel for my own use for scheduling out upcoming jobs, subs, equipment, trucks and more. I do love my job, I take pride in giving the customer a good product. I have experience in shooting grade, grading with cat skid steer, dozer, excavator efficiently.
