  • Provide oversight and coordination of the Office of Recruiting (OOR) initial applicant submission form and packet for entry into the Training and Management System (TAMS) that i receive once completed by recruiter and branch chief.   • Advise the division director regarding contractual maintenance and repairs for Bren Mar Training Facility building, including approved quotes, verified venders, and subsequent work such as warranty work that is regularly listed within the contractual documents
  • Oversee 3 Specialized and Advanced Training Directorate (SATD) administrative assistants to ensure the documentation and traceability during the simplified acquisition process in the initial process of creating purchase card transaction worksheets
  • Monitor and track monthly purchases made by each purchase card (p-card) holder to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13; Simplified acquisition procedures and the Government Charge Card Abuse Prevention Act of 2012
  • Verify each acquisition with approved invoicing and close out each purchase upon receipt of items, within 48 hours, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency
