I started in warehouse driving a forklift delivering ingredients and other product to all the lines so they can keep making granola and granola bars. I also would load trailers of finished products so they can be shipped out. I also would unload incoming product, receive them and put them away in the warehouse.

On October 28th 2024 I was promoted to line lead for line five then moved to line two and right now I am the line lead for line three. As a line line lead it is my responsibility to ensure that the line is running and operating in a safe and timely matter and that we are able to hit the rates needed. I make sure that all our employees are doing the job that they are assigned to do and if unable to do so i train or coach them so they can do so. when breaks and lunches are needed I move employees around or i will even cover them myself to ensure that the line does not stop. If I find a issue or problem its my responsibility to escalate it to a supervisor so it can be dealt with or fixed right away. At the end of each shift I gather all paperwork into a packet and make sure it's all filled out correctly and turn it into my supervisor.

I assigned daily duties and task to up to forty employees each day for the inbound receiving dock. I monitored and reported all incoming freight and made sure it was unloaded in a timely matter and move the trailer out in our system and move in another to be unloaded.

I operated and ran a concrete line pump business. I did all the scheduling and business operations and books as well as all the maintenance on my pump and truck. I would arrive where they needed me to pour concrete for construction companies, business owners, or even home owners wherever they needed the concrete i made sure to get it there. after the pour is finish I would clean all my hoses and equipment load them up and clean the pump out then go to the next job.

Delivered and installed home appliances, cabinetry and fireplaces for new home developments, apartment complex's and home owners. At the warehouse I would pull orders load trailers for delivery's and unload anything and came into our warehouse and put away the product where it was assigned to go.
