Security Professional that processes security information and data for employment records, security clearances, program access, and property control. Maintains lock and key records. Processes visit authorizations for employees and guests to gain access to restricted areas. Verifies accuracy of information prior to issuing clearances. Maintains controlled security documents and information. Utilize the relevant personnel security systems {JPAS/DISS, SCUS, ESIS, e-QIP) as required to support personnel security clearance transactions. Respond to customer inquiries (email, phone calls, etc.), maintain applicant information and investigation history in multiple databases. Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organized skills enabling effective communications.
