I have worked in the construction and transportation field for the past 10 years. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong commitment and passion towards the work in the field of logistics and Transportation. I also have a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management. I have spent the past six years enlisted in the US Army where I learned the Transportation and Logistics field inside and out. Starting from the bottom as a Freight loader and Truck driver to expanding my knowledge as a dispatcher and transportation manager. I am also currently working on getting my Transportation Management certificate, and by doing so I have learned a solid understanding of the standards set by the Department of Transportation. I have also worked for a civilian trucking company known as Pitt Ohio where I learned the dispatcher role further and how to properly coordinate workloads. I believe I would thrive and do well at this position because of my knowledge and expertise as well as I do well in fast-paced high stress environments.
