I earned supervisor i would watch over the floor making sure my guys were understanding the press and operations of task. when the machines would not function it would be my job too correct them and get them going again. When parts where coming down the line i would be driving the forklift across the street to CNC. my main focus was to keep production going. I did start as a press operator and ended up in charge of preparing the dies for the next run.
i was a grinder of all kinds for stainless steel hand grinder and belt grinder and slot grinder. I helped everywhere i would pour the molds as well. i also was in charge of showing how too use the big grinder we had for the shop and how too clean them.
i would be in charge of moving furniture and loading trucks for the next jobs. the focus was too take care of every item and move it from point a to point b with care.
i would help break down the modular furniture and load it. i also would install the office furniture and some times mount items on the wall.
