• Predominantly make repairs on collision mitigation, ABS, HVAC, after-treatment systems, starting and charging systems, brakes, wheel ends, suspension, all modules, and electrical systems, and preventative maintenance. Diagnostic repairs on all electrical components, modules, and mechanical parts.
- Lead tech over all shop tasks, two other techs, and various techs at other shops.
- Communication between several terminals for scheduling repairs.
- Provide technical guidance to apprentices or other mechanics as needed.

- Completed over 100 DTNA ARC classes with certificates, and 4 in-person ILT classes.
