Diagnostic repairs on all electrical components, modules, and mechanical parts.

• Lead tech over all shop tasks, two other techs, and various techs at other shops.
• Communication between several terminals for scheduling repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to apprentices or other mechanics as needed.
• Repair and replace defective parts as necessary using hand tools and power tools.
• Evaluated vehicle systems to assess function and uncover defects.
• Operated specialty equipment, standard tools and gauges to complete assessments and repairs.
• Placed orders for parts necessary to complete vehicle repairs and installations.
• Order replacement parts as needed from suppliers or vendors.
• Responsible for maintaining 45 tractors and 120 trailers.
• Experience with collision mitigation, ABS, HVAC, after-treatment systems, starting and charging systems, brakes, wheel ends, suspension, all modules, and electrical systems, and preventative maintenance.
• Completed over 100 DTNA ARC classes with certificates, and 4 in-person ILT classes.
• OSHA safety classes are completed monthly.
• Tagging parts for warranty.
