  • Control Board Operator using complex system to open and close valves, for proper line up to do tank, truck, barge, pipeline and ship transfers. Using formulas to blend cargo at customers request. Knowing proper math for use of tank strappings, Batch systems, Flow rates, Vapor Unit set pionts, converting standard to metric for proper understandings with foreign vessels
