I work as a Millwright foreman currently. I successfully manage manpower to complete a job. Deadlines are standard with my current occupation. I am comfortable proceeding with last minute changes to make the task at hand easier and more efficient. I'm a quick confident learner. I have great organizational skills to make the work space more productive. A big part of the job responsibilities are to make sure workers are safe and compliance with the regulations at the job site. A lot of my work has been done at Metallus (Timken) steel. In 2012 i assisted in construction of the IFL at the Gam plant which ran about 3 months. In 2013 they built the Caster at the Faircrest plant. There we spent 10 months working on installation, rigging, alignment, and many other various tasks with multiple trades to accomplish the project. To this day we still go back on a regular basis and repair and do preventable maintenance.

• A big accomplishment is working alongside a variety of trades to get the job completed efficiently and on time. When working at the Caster at Metallus, we have Millwrights, Ironworkers, and Pipe fitters working in the area together, Making sure everyone is working and utilizing their time and not standing around, waiting on each other is sometimes a challenge. Having the other trades assist until they can start or continue the task has been a helpful solution .
• When working with a customer, staying in contact with them is something that has been an asset of mine. It give peace of mine knowing how the job is going and if extra parts, time ,or material is need. This save time and money, usually resulting in a positive call back for other work.
