• Oversaw all aspects of project management, including procurement, scheduling, and quality control
• Conducted regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and uphold safety protocols
• Mentored and oversaw the development of new construction workers until they were proficient enough to operate on their own and complete tasks individually
• Exposure to heavy equipment such as Skid Loaders to complete mechanical, electrical, and HVAC tasks
