- Set up blast pot, attach blast hose, attach bull hose, make sure wire is in each couplings, make sure pot is full with black beauty sand, make sure compressor machine is fill with diesel gas and hoses are attached locked in with wire.
- Make sure blast hood is in good condition and attach CO2 monitor box and air filter to blast hood.
- I blasted oil tanks using a 10/12 bag blast pot, black beauty sand, and a JLG man lift.
- Used a blow gun to blow off dust and debris off blasted areas of the tank.
- Used a conventional spray pump to apply coats on the profiled spots and areas that have been blasted.
