  • Proficient with SABA. Participant in the LMS site initiative 2016-2017, in which was trialed multiple LMS programs. Once SABA was chosen as our LMS, worked with the maintenance manager, the SABA representative, and a small group of trainers to help build the SABA program into what it is today.
  • Expert in PMF application functionality. Function as the contact support for any ongoing PMF issues (2014-current). I work with the IT group when necessary to find solutions to programming errors when they arise.
