Small repair jobs. Make new core pins, weld and machine or handwork damaged areas back to print.

Made all of the pins and magnets they use in there tools to place inserts on. Made core pins, ejector pins, horn pins etc.

Took care of level 1 and level 3 pm's.

Repaired hot runner systems, heaters, thermocouples or valve gate issues.

Support production at all times to keep tools running

Started as a setup in injection molding while I attended Technical school for tooling.

In 2004 moved to the tool room where I covered the floor, fixing any issues with the tools while in the press if possible.

As I learned more I was part of building 56 new tools for T-H Marine out of Huntsville.

Did everything from squaring up the steel, mapping out and making ejector plates and backup plate, making ejector pins, horn pins, core pins. Was responsible for spotting everything in on the new builds, and touching up any issues we may have had during the trial.

In 2009 was moved to Supervisor over the tool room and then spent 2 years as production manager over the injection mold shop.

Supported production, fixing any issue they may have in the press. Such as hyd or water leak, core confirmation issues, hot runner issues, mild damage to tool that can be fixed in press etc.

Made core pins, horn pins, ejector pins and any other misc jobs they may have had.

Did level 1 and level 3 pm's on all of there tools, if tool had work order we would fix it whether it be a flash repair, venting issue and much more.
