Proven leader and effective communicator, adept at working in lots of manufacturing processes and willing to work until a task is done successfully. At Hollingsworth & Vose, I optimized inventory management and improved manufacturing efficiency. Mentored at Oregon State University Reactor Center, enhancing safety and performance. Fluent in Spanish, I continuously seek improvement and adapt swiftly to new challenges, embodying dedication and integrity in every role.
As a Bailor, I worked on the factory floor on multiple manufacturing lines where the task was to package glass fiber material into a 50lb or 200lb bags ensuring that the packages are within a specific weight range. These would then have to be wrapped in plastic, moved into a holding area and then shipped to the customer. Other tasks where to clean the factory floor, ensuring that every station has packaging materials, and fixing any problems that would occur during manufacturing.
At the Oregon State Universities reactor, I would perform a wide variety of tasks that range from daily surveys and moving of 600 lb nitrogen tanks to very precise tasks within restricted areas within the facility that ensure the facility is within safety standards. Then after experience, I transitioned into a mentorship role where I would help train new workers or graduate students within the facility, ensuring that all steps are taken to ensure everyone's safety in the facility.
