• Providing basic care, taking and recording vitals, assisting with implementing the patient's plan of care, reporting problems to the Registered Nurse, and demonstrating effective communication.

• Collecting vital signs, administering medications, assisting clients with personal care, conducting physical examinations on newborns, and providing care during labor and delivery.

● Provide direct, professional nursing care to specified population of patients in the acute care setting.
● Counsel and educate patients and their care partner on treatment plans.
● Consult with physicians to decide on best treatment decisions when appropriate
● Performs nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
● Provides delegation to unlicensed assistive staff and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staff
● Demonstrates standards of excellence which includes practicing nursing with core values of compassion, accountability, respect, teamwork and integrity.
● Participates in decision making and takes actions based on ethical principles. (only for RN evaluation)
● Provides timely and accurate documentation of patient care.

• Providing customer service, monitoring sales activities, and supervising employees.

• Shadowing and assisting nurses in providing patient care, performing assessments, and administering medications.

• Performing assessments, encouraging discussions in group settings, and ensuring correct medication administration.

• Conducting patient health assessments, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a clean environment.

• Mentoring new employees, facilitating customer experiences, and demonstrating leadership.

• Greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, and training new employees.
