My position as a Crew Coordinator/Relief Supervisor involves contacting the higher-ups on Eastman's side in the morning to obtain the assets for what we are running for the day. After getting that information, I would log it into the computer, get all our work printed out for the day, and assign the assets to fellow employees. During our shift, I would log their batches and production into the computer and make a report to send out, followed by getting them ready for their next batch on the assets they were running. Throughout the day, I check on the crew, address and fix problems that arise, keeping in touch with Eastman through the shift. At the end of the day, I would make a final report of our production for the day, and send it out. I would also hand out any overtime posted to the fellow employees before doing the hand-off to the next Crew Coordinator coming in.

Developing key customer relationships to increase sales, and ensure repeat business. I kept up with detailed reports on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
