Demonstrated versatility in various welding methods including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core Welding techniques.
Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
Inspected welds and checked critical measurements to meet specifications.
Operated hoists, cranes, and power tools to dismantle equipment to find and remove defective parts.
Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions.
Prepared welding equipment to perform advanced welding work.
Enhanced welding quality by following precise welding procedures and maintaining proper equipment settings.
I welded peal buckets and I welded these big heads that a chain gets attached to it and it drags it through the still mil and it gets shaved down and then we weld whatever dimensions on how much water to put on so the CNC Department could save it down to the right measurement and dimensions for the company, they had to be free to 500 Degrees before we could weld them.
I did some work on these tubs for outta country I think it was for China and they got three round bar down them and they had to be tig welded and one bad weld the tube would be scrap. And the was like 100,000.00 dollar tubes.. so it was very important your welds was good.

I work in the first station where we build the flat beds and put them together. We would start with the I beams and install them inside a jig that tightened them down and then we installed the cross members inside the two i beams and attack them, once it was tacked The Jig would lift up to one side so we could weld the verticals that were now Flats same thing for the other side, it made it a lot easier for us to weld, we would install the H beam that goes in the nose of the flatbed, we would do all the welding for the cross members and once them were done it got push to the next station.
