I am a Human Resources and Information Systems Specialist with 4 years of experience leading HR operations, improving processes, and implementing innovative solutions to support national programs within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I am proud to be part of Division 3 of HRMACS, the first team to successfully design and implement a fully OPM-compliant Employee Occupational Health (EOH) process for the Office of Research and Development (ORD). My work directly supports ORD's mission to enhance Veterans' well-being and healthcare through cutting-edge research. This mission is personal-my father's ability to walk today is thanks to the titanium ankle developed through ORD's research. I take immense pride in ensuring that ORD's dedicated researchers across multiple VISNs nationwide receive efficient, accurate, and compassionate HR support. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Cybersecurity and advanced coursework from Harvard's EdX CS50 program, I bring a unique ability to bridge the gap between HR operations and technical systems, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity. I am eager to continue optimizing processes, supporting vital research efforts, and driving innovation in my next professional opportunity.
