As a Bulk Plant Supervisor, I have various responsibilities, which are listed below.

• Training Bulk Plant Operators and Crew Leads
• Scheduling shifts
• Upholding safety standards
• Implementing workplace structure, expectations and accountability
• Communicating with customers and vendors on any requested products or services
• Making sure that company policies and procedures are followed
• Communication with management and our coordinating team to ensure daily task go smoothly
• Stepping in to a managerial role if the current manager is unavailable

As a Crew Lead,

It was my responsibility to manage personnel while oilfield equipment was loaded and/or unloaded and to oversee the logistics of oilfield equipment transportation to and from Halliburton locations and various customer locations.

• Delegation of my crew's (up to 10 employees) responsibilities and making sure that everyone stayed on task and accomplished them in a safe and timely manner.
• Working out the logistics of drivers receiving the proper paperwork and equipment, in order to ensure that the correct product will be delivered safely to the correct customer.
• Ensure that whatever equipment is to be loaded will be the most efficient as to not waste valuable assets on unnecessary trips, personnel, and/or downtime.
• Making sure that all loading equipment was maintained and operational at any given time. In order to decrease any unnecessary and unexpected challenges.
