I spent the last 14+ years in the Army National Guard as an 11Bravo Infantryman and a 19Delta Cavalry Scout, I have 3 tours overseas and 2 aid deployments within the state of Georgia. During my deployments I did everything from construction of combat outposts, maintenance on a multitude of vehicles, patrols in hostile environments, local politics, and training of foreign and American soldiers. I spent much of my time working on and off full time for the Army, doing training missions or helping the state of Georgia. Aside from my military career, I have worked in construction and other acute attention to detail careers. I received my Class A CDL to become a Lineman in the state of Florida and was promoted numerous times working 12 to 16 hour shifts, quickly becoming a topped out Class C Lineman although trusted to work above my current job title, and never missing a chance to learn from the supervisor and foremen after work hours, always volunteering for overtime and hurricane/tornado calls, or helping another crew to reach timely project deadlines. Aside from my every willingness to lead/follow/learn, I do have abstract skills, such as my resiliency training and time in a leadership role as a Squad Leader in the Army which helps with day-to-day preparation, planning, and communications with co-workers and clients.
