I train new hires, verify employee paperwork, attend round table meetings to come up with ideas to better the company.

I weigh large amounts of dry food material on scales and weigh the exact amount of material to ensure food safety.     

After the job is complete I wash, foam, and sanitize every inch of the room, blender, and utensils to prevent cross contamination in the next job.     

I follow strict GMP procedures.     

I assemble and disassemble blenders when material is added into the blender and discharged out of blender to be cleaned.     

I discharge material from the blender and into bags and boxes and take the finished goods to the warehouse part of building with a forklift and ship it out.     

I go to rooms and check coworkers’ weights to make sure nothing has been misread or the wrong material has been added.     

The first 3 months with the company I was asked to apply for trainer position because of how accurate and knowledgeable of the job I became.       

I am forklift certified      

I weekly safety meetings to ensure machine operation safety.     

I accurately read, understand, and carry out written instructions.     

I ensure timely response in picking and packing of reorders.     

I read work orders to prepare for machine setup.     

I also help in the shipping and receiving department at times when there is an overload of shipments inbound and outbound.
