  • Responsible for the supervision and control all phases of PVC production, from raw material handling, mixing, extrusion, and molding to finishing and packaging. Routinely ensuring consistent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules to optimize output while minimizing cycle times and reducing process variations.
  • Monitored and oversaw quality control measures, including in-process checks and final inspections. Use of statistical process control (SPC) and other analytical tools to track product consistency and quality, ensuring compliance with ASTM and AWWA specifications for PVC products, including physical properties like tensile strength, flexibility, and durability.

  • Revamped the company's tool bag program for Team Leads & Technical Operators. In this endeavor I compiled & sourced a specific equipment inventory necessary for each individual production line in addition to creating a custom app using Microsoft PowerApps for employees to audit their tool bags on a monthly basis. This significantly reduced the waste of waiting associated with lines being down for minor repairs that would normally rely on maintenance technicians to rectify, by ensuring that only tools in the best working condition are at employee disposal when adjustments or repairs within their capability scope need to be made.
