- Conducted periodic inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and tenant requirements.

- In charge of scheduling and executing annual tasks like RRIO and SHA inspections, Seattle; Fire Department annual testing (backflow, fire), MFTE/IZ compliance, maintenance coordinating, move-in and move-out inspections, etc.
