• Task Force Mission Planner Management duties consisted of an area of responsibility larger than the state of New Jersey with a division of over 1000 personnel. I was personally entrusted by my Department Head with full responsibility for all reconnaissance, transportation, and attack aviation support coordination with ground units, planning, logistics, assigning and scheduling of teams, and after action data tracking at a high operation tempo for 15 months. I coordinated with elite U.S. Military units, U.S. Border Patrol, CIA, and other government agencies on a daily basis. Routinely participated in ground operations in order to ensure air mission support integration. My planning and coordination led to constant successful operations and an operation tempo that was never met or exceeded by any other aviation unit during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
• Assistant Manager. Assigned tasks normally assigned to personnel 2 pay grades above my own. I was responsible for managing over $2,300,000 of government equipment and had zero damage or loss of property. Selected for unit inspection team as the flight operations subject matter expert. Continued to mentor and supervise a 10+ person section with promotion of an additional employee. System manager position included flight records management, both manual and digital for over 800 personnel on flight status. Implemented new technologies and created effective new standards of operation for a 15+ person section.
• Line supervisor. Managed up to 4 personnel on varying shifts. Instructed all personnel on proper procedures and mentored three to the next higher pay grade.
• Initial military duties consisted of managing over $1,200,000 of government equipment and had zero damage or loss of property. Responsible for mechanical maintenance of over twenty military vehicles. I advanced to a team leader position and was responsible for training employees on operating procedures for task to include communications equipment, heavy equipment operation, flight operations, and military standards. Received training on newly released technologies from formal military schools and then took my knowledge back to train my organization with superior results.
