Just like the management structure at a Walmart or Target, Panda Express is the same way. If a manager isn't present, I am required to do the same task as a manager such as Inventory, truck order, schedules, running operations, etc. I have 5 years of experience at my current job and I was honored to be promoted one of the youngest Team Leaders back in 2019 at 18 years old. I have since then supported all stores in the mobile area and also traveled to stores with my ACO ( Area Coach in Operations ) in Florida and up northern Alabama Talented Team Leader experienced and dedicated to enhancing employee satisfaction and business success. Diplomatic and friendly with proven commitment to employee training. Hardworking team player bringing necessary experience and knowledge to tackle any operational demand.
