I ran a rotary die cutter/ 4 color printing press (EMBA). a ffg flexo folder gluer (quattro) 4 color, 2 color rdc (mckinley). I ran the untizer/bander sitdown and stand up foklifts. Loading and unloading trailers. I drove the yard dog pulling out trailers and backing trailers in. Also was a supervisor for about 2 years performing quality checks crew meeting/ continuous improvement Cleaning up wip reports/inventory. onboarding new hires. I was operator 1 on all machines and meet the goals and expectation on the machine centers.

• Assisted in training new operators, sharing knowledge of best practices and promoting a culture of teamwork amongst peers.
• Provided on-the-job training to newly hired workers and team members.
